You can upload any images you want. We will also send you a few ideas of what you can try to display together with the manual to the case wire email. If you have any difficulties in uploading the photo, please watch the guiding video that was in the email too.

Can I upload my own images?

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 6-month guarantee on any of our cases. So if the case is not working any longer we will offer you a replacement ( physical damages are not included ).

How to use the IMVI case?

1. Search for the app from the manual provided on the app store and download

2. Attach the IMVI Case to your mobile phone.

3. Register and log in to the APP to use it.

4. Open the homepage of the APP and go to setting the new photo.

5. Add any text and pictures you'd like and take a look at the preview of your creation

6. Click synchronize in the bottom once you have uploaded your photo and watch the magic!.

Do I have to charge the case?

No, the case is not consuming any energy. You don't need to charge the case and it won't use the phone power. The NFC technology allows to change the picture on the screen and then it will last permanently for ever.
